Chisom, a Nigerian woman who previously accused singer Davido of impregnating her and promising her money to terminate the pregnancy, has publicly apologized to him.
In a TikTok video shared on Sunday, July 2, Chisom claimed to have had a past intimate relationship with Davido that resulted in her pregnancy.
She alleged that Davido had asked her to terminate the baby, promising to send her N10 million. According to her, the plan was for him to send N3 million initially and the remaining N7 million later, but he failed to fulfill the promise.
In an updated Instagram post on her stories the following Monday, she disclosed that she had lost her job and that her family and friends had distanced themselves from her due to the revelation.
Chisom then offered a public apology to Davido and his fans for calling him out, expressing remorse for her actions. She wrote, “I just lost my job, family, and friends, even the brand I am working for… I sincerely apologize to David for dragging HIM out like that… and also to Nigerians for dragging your favorite. I apologize.”

This comes after his performance at the grand finale of the 2023 Afro Nation Festival in Portugal, amidst an alleged infidelity scandal involving the singer, who is currently married.
