‘If You Paint People Black, You Expose Yourself’- Kelvyn Boy
Kelvyn Boy is in the news again after he made a cryptic post on social media and we don’t know who he is directing the message to this time around.
The name ‘Kelvyn Boy’ originated from him repeatedly being referred to as ‘That Kelvin Boy’. He was officially introduced by Stonebwoy in an interview with Abeiku Santana on the Atuu show.
In a recent post on Twitter, Kelvyn Boy said the more a person paints others black, the more he exposes himself.
“The more you paint other people black to let them look bad, The more you Expose yourself
Note that !!”, he posted.
We guess their followers will attach a strong meaning to this and interpret it as a shade to Stonebwoy, his former boss. Stonebwoy parted ways with Kelvynboy after he tagged him as ungrateful and subsequently terminated his contract at Burniton Music Group.
Stonebwoy and Kelvynboy then unfollowed each other on social media, a move which sparked rumours that the former was jealous of the young boy.
He, however, told Andy Dosty on “Daybreak Hitz” show on September 20, that lots of artistes and industry players have invested in up-and-coming artistes and suffered the same fate.
“Many up-and-coming artistes feel already established acts are mandated to sign them when the situation was completely different years ago”.
“You always realize that there is always a black picture painted at the end of the story. If you don’t take time, you are going to be labelled the bad person even after your genuineness.”
With a number of songs to his credit as well as some features for some high-profile artistes such as Stonebwoy and Sarkodie, as well as having won the VGMA 2018 ‘Unsung Artiste Of The Year’, Kelvyn Boy is already making strides in the music industry.
