A South African woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, has shocked the public with her admission that she intentionally infected over 100 men with HIV.
In her statement, the woman displayed no remorse for her actions and pointed to her own contraction of the virus from a previous partner as a contributing factor.
The anonymous confession also revealed that the men involved were insistent on not using condoms, placing the responsibility on their own choices rather than solely on her.
Referred to by some as a “slay queen,” the woman disclosed that the majority of the men she infected were Nigerian, with a few being South African nationals.
Furthermore, she strongly encouraged these individuals to seek medical attention and undergo HIV testing, as she is certain that she transmitted the virus to them.
